Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products without unpackaging video evidence
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
  • Products with removed or damaged tags and labels
  • Customized or personalized jewelry items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Products returned after the 2-3 working days period
